Prey 2 appears to be a radical departure from its predecessor. It will be an open-world game, rather than a straightforward shooter on an alien spaceship. The player will be a bounty hunter, working in a city inspired by Blade Runner.

Hawken is a new first person mech deathmatch game built by a small indie dev house (interviewed here) with the UDK that has a dumb name and looks pretty amazing.

Mega Man 8-bit Deathmatch is a Skulltag-powered first-person shooter featuring characters from the first six Mega Man games, complete with 8-bit-style graphics.

Indie developer Adhesive Games recently released a trailer of their upcoming Mech FPS game Hawken.
Not much up on the official site yet, but PC Gamer did do a brief interview with one of the folks over at Adhesive Games.
