The Aporkalypse
This is fun, and I’ll probably come back to it to read in full after finally trying Skyrim out for myself one day.
A somewhat similar sort of project: Robin Burkinshaw’s chronicle of her homeless sims.
And I couldn’t track it down via google — too many walkthroughs and such clogging up the search results — but someone was doing a series in GTA IV where he’s wonder around in search of all the pigeons. Each pigeon (out of hundreds) would make for its own 1000-word-or-so article. If I recall, he stopped after one of the real-world events of 2011. Maybe the London riots?
Oh, found it by adding “London riots” to the search: World One-Two’s Kicking Pigeons series. Alas, there were only four episodes written before real-world violence made pretend-world violence feel a little distasteful for a brief while.
